Welcome to the sequel to "The Doctor Who Project". This project is based on the original "Doctor Who Project" but with a new directior, cameramen, and techniques. In fact, you might almost call it..
RECONSTRUCTION: THE DOCTOR WHO PROJECT II

Using the idea of spoofing The Blair Witch Project, this Site looks seriously at the loss of early BBC footage from the series, Doctor Who, from 1963 to 1974. The Map Bar on the left will take you around the Site, giving you the background, history, recovery and developments surrounding this much-missed and sought-after material.

But this is just the background to The Doctor Who Project, which is a concept we are working on developing over the next few years, which may see a final restoration of "lost" footage, and a complete catalogue of Doctor Who adventures restored, by any means necessary.

Of course, any information regarding the return of survivng footage is *extremely* welcome, as are your views on the theories behind the reconstruction efforts and ideas shwon here.
